Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Take care and ensure the product being purchased is the right fit before purchasing. All merchandise of any kind, including apparel, batteries, chargers, etc., bought through this site may only be returned with written permission from an authorized agent of Fullriver Battery USA. Fullriver Battery does not pay shipping costs to return any product for any reason, including warranty. All returns will incur restocking fees.  Caveat Emptor.

Refunds

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].

Charger Returns

When returning a charger, you will be required to pay a $25.00 restocking fee unless the charger you received was incorrect or the reason for return was our fault. This fee is necessary because chargers need to be reprogrammed back to their original OE default charging profile and repackaged, which requires additional resources and effort.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
