Ordering & Return Policy

Overview

Preparing and shipping our high quality products, takes preparation and extreme attention to ensure items shipped are received in brand new condition, and this takes labor and material costs. So please take care and time to ensure the product being purchased is the right fit for your needs before purchasing.

All merchandise of any kind, including apparel, batteries, chargers, etc., bought through this site may only be returned with written permission from an authorized agent of Fullriver Battery USA. Fullriver Battery does not pay shipping costs to return any product for any reason, including warranty. All returns will incur restocking fees. Caveat Emptor.

Refunds

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@fullriverbattery.com.

Once our team has received your returned item, and inspects it for damage and/or functionality, is when a refund will be issued. The amount of the refund will be determined prior to you receiving an RMA number, which authorizes your return. Items shipped back without an RMA number will NOT receive a refund, no exceptions.

Battery Returns

Battery returns are costly! So please triple check your fitment before purchasing. If even after triple checking you still need to make a return, in all cases, you will be required to pay a $25 restocking fee, AND the original amount it costs us to pack and ship the battery to you originally. Even though the battery shipping fee is built in to the price of the battery, it is still a fee we must recover in fairness, due to your wish to return.

If we shipped the incorrect model or the reason for return was our fault in any way, these fees will not apply. The restocking fee is necessary as it covers the repackaging costs and labor.

Charger Returns

If you need to return your charger, in all cases, you will be required to pay a 15% restocking fee. If we shipped the incorrect model or the reason for return was our fault in any way, the restocking fee will not apply. The restocking fee is necessary as it covers reprogramming back to the original OE default charging profile, as well as repackaging costs.

If your product return is approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If after your return is received, and you are owed a refund, the original costs for shipping will be deducted from your total refund. Even items which qualify for "Free Shipping" incur a shipping fee which Fullriver Battery USA absorbs and will deduct from your final refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
